Hi Taylor, I wanted to formally reach out and tell you how impressed I am by the way you've handled the listing of my property for sale. Starting with the initial approach and while not being pushy, you gave me the big picture of why I should list with you. Despite my hesitation, due to my recent experience with another real estate agent, I was convinced you knew what you were talking about.. which in my mind comes with a lot of relevant experience and I suppose, support from your team. Next I just want to say how seamless but extremely effective the next steps were. You took all the right pictures with the right equipment and the listing is there to demonstrate that. To be fair at that point in my mind I thought, it will be another few months of back and forth and we'll see type mentality.. was I wrong... somehow there was multiple offers on the table and with your guidance I was able to receive top offer. I know were not done yet, as the closing is yet to occur, but I wanted to really give you and your team a significantly exceeding expectations rating for the work so far.
