I worked with Jim and Mark from the beginning selling my hunting land. Before even visiting my land, Mark had done a great amount of research, knew the history of the land well, and helped create a great marketing plan with quality, prime interest pictures to help a prospective buyer understand the land before any showing. Mark was great to work with directly, quick to answer calls, texts or questions, explain the offer and any uniqueness in the offer, and after the completion of the sale I received a personal phone call to congratulate me on the sale and journey. "We had listed three properties with two other realty companies and had no success over a 2-3year period. In November of 2020 we listed these three parcels of vacant land in the Aitkin County area with Timber Ghost Realty and specifically with Mark Nelson.
