Bill Lannon

My name is Bill Lannon “Duluth-Superior Region Agent” and I am a licensed Realtor in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. I work with buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial, but my specialty is rural and recreational properties. You can find me along the Minneasota’s North Shore most days as I also own the Cape Superior Inn. I together with my wife and daughter live on a farm just outside of Duluth, MN.

I have a Bachelor Degree of Science from University of Wisconsin River Falls in Resource Management-Land Use Planning.

In 2008, I retired from the Duluth Police Department. My 25 year career included several years as an investigator. First working in the Child Abuse/Neglect Unit, and then transferring to the Financial Crimes Unit. I have served on the Minnesota State Task force in both of these areas.

I enjoy training pointing dogs for field use for the Lake Superior Pointing Dog Club and specialize in training “grouse dogs”. I am an avid bow-hunter , Lake Superior “fisherman” and enjoy anything outdoors. I have a thorough understanding of rural and hunting property.
